1. Q: When will the paper status be announced?
    A: The status (Accepted, Accepted with Revision, or Rejected) will appear in Microsoft CMT Author’s console once all reviewers have completed their evaluations.
  2. Q: What should I do if my paper receives an “Accepted with Revision” status?
    A: Authors are required to upload the revised manuscript within two weeks of receiving the Accepted with Revision notification. Please upload the revised paper through the Revision section in Microsoft CMT.

  3. Q: What happens after my paper is accepted?
    A: Authors whose papers are accepted will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email. Only authors who have received an LoA are eligible to proceed with registration. The re-registration link will be provided in the email/LoA.

  4. Q: Can the registration fee be refunded if I cancel my participation?
    A: No. All payments made are non-refundable.
