- Q: When will the paper status be announced?
A: The status (Accepted, Accepted with Revision, or Rejected) will appear in Microsoft CMT Author’s console once all reviewers have completed their evaluations. -
Q: What should I do if my paper receives an “Accepted with Revision” status?
A: Authors are required to upload the revised manuscript within two weeks of receiving the Accepted with Revision notification. Please upload the revised paper through the Revision section in Microsoft CMT.

Q: What happens after my paper is accepted?
A: Authors whose papers are accepted will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) via email. Only authors who have received an LoA are eligible to proceed with registration. The re-registration link will be provided in the email/LoA. -
Q: Can the registration fee be refunded if I cancel my participation?
A: No. All payments made are non-refundable.
